Support business hours and support response times

Depending on your support contract availability varies. 
- For customers with "Global Support" there are no limits, "Global Support" is available 24x7. 
- For all other support contracts the support team is available during business hours in Cologne Germany.

Business hours: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CET/CEST), except for public holidays in North Rhine-Westphalia (Germany), December 24th and 31st. Please note that public holidays in Germany vary from year to year.
